Our client a leader in their field require a 2nd Line Service Desk person who has been working at a Software House, or a Telco business or similar supporting IT to a large business over the phone -
The ideal candidate will have great customer service background, technical ability, and be able to pick up the workings of the sofware quickly to be able to support it. Inbound contact is small with only about 10 contacts per day! But they are meaty issues that you have to work out - none of them first line, all 2nd line and you need to fix them or escalate to developer team to fix.
