Application Support, Software House
Superb software house requires a 2ND LINE Application Support person to work on client issues. You would have only 5 problems a day, but they are truly complex and intriguing problems resulting in you having to explore the issues in detail.
You must have experience in supporting bespoke software applications and have a strong IT technical understanding of software support and IT support in general (ideally) - OR have worked on a technical Service Desk across software ideally, with telecoms as a second choice.
