We are looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to work out of our Sheffield office.
You will learn how to be a successful Recruitment Consultant by taking responsibility for the candidate facing side of our recruitment process. This includes everything from posting job adverts and screening responses to directly head hunting the best candidates. You will learn how to develop relationships with candidates so that they trust you to successfully find them a new position.
You must be confident, energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated, and willing to put the extra effort in to get outstanding results. You are very competitive and enjoy working to and beating targets. You should be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
You have a mature and professional attitude and have great communication skills; you are able to hold a conversation on the phone and you have a good standard of written English. You are also computer literate, with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and the ability to use the internet to search for information.
On-the-job learning will be provided by InterServe Learning & Employment, and you will receive a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
Working hours will be 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
