Our client is a leading Top 20 law firm, they urgently require a Client Care officer to join their existing team. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person, the firm is continually growing which provides for a fast paced, energetic and varied working environment.
The client Care officer will be responsible for providing commercial advice and guidance to the firm, investigating and resolving complaints and ensure the firm adheres to the Solicitors Code of Conduct and other various regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualfied (Law degree is preferred) with experience of handling complaints working within a Customer Care /Code of Conduct role within a law firm or one of the regulatory bodies (SRA, Law Society, Legal Ombudsman. Legal Complaints Service). You will have good administration skills and a working knowledge of the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
