Customer Care Administrator // Customer Services - Order / Sales Order Processing - Construction industry
Our leading organisation who are based a few miles north of Cranleigh operating in the Construction industry, require a Customer Care Administrator who can take customers through the pre and post order process as they go through the pre and post order stage of the sales process.
You will be involved in quotation / specification processing and preparation / working on technical aftersales queries, sales order processing and managing customers throughout processes both before they order and after they complete an order.
You will find the position extremely rewarding and involve you operating in a fantastic firm. You will process sales orders in a timely manner, book surveys (construction) as well as create quotes, send quotes, specifications, roof plans and any other supporting drawings, communicate wtih customers regarding site visits and / or resolutions, follow up by phone to complete and close cases as well as follow up quotes etc.
