Our client, a leading Pension Broker / Administration / Employee Benefits expert requires a Pensions Administrator to join the team.
They have a superb work life balance - only working 36 hours a week, 9-5 with flexible working as required - healthcare / private medical - up to 38 days holiday per year including statutory days and flexible benefits available. They are avid about recruiting from within the business and offer great progression to their team members.
You will act as the first point of contact for employees and HR personnel, and will provide support and solutions to a range of different issues and queries.
You will have previous expereince in a Financial Services Administrative / Pensions / Employee Benefits / Healthcare or similar position, will be very organised with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and hold excellent telephone manner and a high level of customer service at all times.
