Requirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

Relevant experience in client facing projects in the area of talent management, human resources, compensation and reward or global mobility
Exposure to process design work, policy design, change management and service delivery definition and review
Some awareness of HR, Payroll or Mobility technologies / applications will be advantageous
Excellent communication skills (including presentation and facilitation skills)
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Degree qualified (minimum 2:1) or equivalent experience
Experience of working in cross geography and cross cultural teams
You should be well read and aware of the current macro-economic and business trends
