Head of HR, Head of Human Resources, 3 month contract
Our client, a market leading organisation within the financial advisor sector, with a strong brand, approx 350 staff and a huge appetite for further UK wide growth, require a Head of HR specialist to join their organisation to assist in driving strategic and operational change throughout their teams.
With 200 revenue earners in the organisation and 150 other staff, such as developers, finance, recruitment, marketing, management and IT they have a very interesting team.
A key element of the role will be:
1) Employee Engagement - a drive to further engagement by employees with the company brand, the company message, values and goals
2) Performance management - again against what the firm stands for, the values, the organisation and generally putting in actual targets / measurable appraisals etc. so that all managers are being fair on everyone
3) new HR / HRIS system
4) HR Strategic improvements and implementation of the HR roadmap
This is a firm adept and keen on HR change, leading from the front you will endeavour to ensure you achieve great success in the HR function - leading operational, strategic and HR change from within.
