Head of Human Resources / HR Director - Change focus - negotiable salary (£60k-£70k++ progression)
Engaged by a leading Financial Services organisation we are head hunting for an experienced, influential and inspirational Head of Human Resources / HR Director. Innovative, confident and entrepreneurial the senior management team have built a strong, market leading consumer brand; and with a high growth, sales focused business now approaching 400 FTE there are extensive challenging HR strategic and operational improvements required with several key HR change projects already part-underway.
You will report directly to the MD in leading 3 core areas, HR, L&D and Recruitment. You will have overall oversight of all People Operations and the implementation of the important HR Strategic Roadmap which will deliver considerable organisational change. The Head of HR will lead an existing team of several HR Officers / Administrators, have a direct line report managing the excellent Inhouse Recruitment team of three and a direct report managing the important Learning & Development team of five.
The HR Change Roadmap is far-reaching, progressive and challenging, though a work in progress from a delivery perspective it is planned largely in concept and makes interesting reading. In effect there are a large number of key strategic and operational changes which are important to the business in needing an experienced, yet inspirational HR leader to drive through. Continuing with a strategic vision to drive future HR & organisational change and keep momentum.

- Job Evaluation, Levelling, Specifications
- Management of attendance, disciplinary, redundancies, dismissals
With many key HR areas having planned strategic and operational improvement this is an absolutely vital role in the continued treble digit growth of this market leader.
You will need prior experience of working within a Finance, Financial Services, Software and / or Sales focused organisation during a phase of growth, ideally of a similar size, and having a proven track record of implementing strategic HR change, leading organisational development and with the knowledge, drive and ability to get things done at the fast pace required to suit the management style and growth prospects.
