Head of HR / HR Senior Manager - Manchester (£60k-£80k full package)
Leading client requires a Head of HR / HR Senior Manager for their growing business. With hundreds of staff in the UK across both software, technical areas, as well as 100+ account managers, this Financial services firm is a really strong business.
The HR Team have 5 members currently, they now want a Head of HR / HR Senior Manager to lead the area. You will report to the board of directors - you will be the expert in the business on the HR side and lead the HR team (not including learning and development, or recruitment areas - focused on operational and strategic HR).
You must be highly professional, highly polished delivery of critical policies, documents and work, degree educated with excellent communication skills. You will be an expert in HR, but be highly commercial in your approach - not telling the business what they cannot do, but finding ways for them to do what is required to continue developing and leading their field.
There will be overseas expansion in the near future and many exciting projects to focus on.
