Some Key Duties
Posting job advertisements, pre-employment checks, scheduling interviews.
Managing the recruitment inbox, pre-employment checks, contract handling.
Organising rooms & venues for the company’s training courses.
Greeting the company’s external suppliers prior to meetings.
You must have
Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS within a fast paced HR department.
Proven experience of the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills.
