HR Director - Leeds - Marketing or advertising or retail or brand or technology background preferred
Our client is a leading, growing organisation with a fantastic pedigree of success. With 120 staff, offices in London and Leeds their presence, brand and reputation grows each day as they acquire some of the leading multinational clients in the world.
As such they now need an HR Director to sit on and challenge the board of Directors, working with the CEO and offering extensive people strategy support you will be a very confident, articulate, but commercial character - used to presenting to both board and the company as a whole - engaging and focused on helping the organisation grow you will be an integral person on the board.
You will need a strong character to stand up for what you believe in, drive your intentions and the people strategy.
Key skills - prior experience in HR, CIPD, ideally an HR Manager (in a big firm) or a Head of HR in a smaller organisation. You will ideally have sector similar experience in a fast paced organisation.
You will need experience in performance management, HR general, HR strategy (devising a 5 year plan with the board) and boundless energy to deliver what the business needs with 2 HR support people in your team.
