Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation who need an HR Specialist with a clear focus on specific HR Operational & Strategic problems.
The role will cover employment law issues in particular, as well as management of 4 HR Administrators/Officers who will assist in the control and management of the key problems which occur.
You will be superb with employment law, have a "can do / how do" attitude when it comes to HR - applying this in a commercial mindset, rather than a purely "can't do" mentality - so the business can achieve its growth objectives and retain superb people in the team.
There are approx 350 staff and expectations for growth abroad shortly as they develop fast.
An exciting role for an individual who enjoys employee engagement, performance, employment law, HR operations and the strategic elements around the delivery of commercial objectives.
You will be a professional, polished individual with a strong understanding and solid experience on how to achieve results in the HR department.
