HR Manager / Senior Manager - reporting to CFO
Our client requires an HR Manager / Senior Manager who has a strong understanding and background within a Sales / Account Management / Insurance or Financial Services sector business - very professional, yet highly commercially focused on driving profits, this fantastic firm has around 500 staff in Manchester and the UK.
They need someone to lead the operational and strategic focus on HR - actually getting hands on within the role and making sure it is done right with the support of 2-3 HR Admin/Officers.
You will report to CFO and work alongside Learning and Development to achieve success. This role is focused on engagement, operations, delivery and day-to-day HR work - you will need some CIPD qualifications - you will not have to manage recruitment (another focus).
