Internal Sales Executive - Project based - responding to enquiries, warm leads / inbound calls and securing orders
One of our superb clients, a very strong organisation within the UK construction market, supplying goods / products to building contractors and large scale developments, as well as public sector bodies and global multinationals, requires an Internal Sales Executive to join the team.
You will be taking inbound sales enquiries from clients, but be supported by the sales order team, provide information to clients regarding quotes and requests for information / tender, secure orders, work with the BDM / Sales Manager in order to ensure that quotes are followed up, appointments to meet clients on site are booked, secured orders on outbound calls, send emails to customers on an as needed basis.
You will also contact back clients the business has gone out to meet to ensure that all customers have the information they need.
The role is very project focused - a large development may need products and make an enquiry to the firm, it is part of your role to go back to them with the information after they have had their quote, to follow up on a visit from the BDM, to make an appointment and ultimately be part of the process that results in the closure of the sale.
