- Management of the Facilities, Client Reception, Switchboard, Front of House, Records Management teams, Postroom/Reprographics.
- Budget management with the inclusion of invoice authorisation.
- Responsibility of contractors and contracts, which include facility maintenance and security, cleaning, catering, fire, lifts, waste disposal, CCTV adhering to SLA’s.
- On-going review and maintenance of the office emergency protocol and attend out-of-hours emergency call-outs.
- Managing Health and Safety policies and procedures for both the Sheffield and Manchester offices.
- Plan, co-ordinate and manage office moves including Solicitor Trainee seat moves/ adjustments and management of space & floor plans.
- Review departmental working methods to identify potential improvements.
- Environmental management.
- Attend regular team and contract meetings.
