PA, Secretary, Office Administrator & Accounts / PA - 35 hours a week + great place to work - superb variety in the role

Our interesting client with a fast growing and friendly professional office working environment, require an Office Administrator / Accounts Administrator / PA / Facilities Administrator to assist the business and develop their career in the business.

Previous person started 2 years ago and is now on considerably more money, is working on projects in the firm, undertaking a lot of interesting work. If you have experience of accounts, being a PA and other skills then we are keen to hear from you for this - we would expect a PA experienced candidate with an understanding of accounts etc. would be ideal for the role, as used to dealing with senior people and being a reliable and very strong organiser.

The role has great variety and working with one other person you will do PA work, project work, Office Admin, reception work, arrange appointments, greet clients, do accounts admin (entering information into financial systems, processing invoices, PAYE etc.), facilities admin and various other work you would expect in this kind of role to do with organisation etc.
