Operations Project Administrator - Client facing Project Administration
Leading firm, growing at a superb rate, offering very strong career progressionn and with one of the best working environments in the area requires a Project Administrator who is able to communicate with business clients' on all facets of the arrangements of their test centres. The company is in the education sector and the role will involve arranging sites around the UK/abroad for customers' examinees to sit tests, speaking/meeting with clients, viewing in person and meeting test centre venue staff, assessing invigilators for tests, liasing with suppliers, booking examinees in on certain dates, updating systems such as Sharepoint with information.
You will need experience in an Administrative role, be degree educated (ideally), experience dealing with external business customers in a professional manner, ability to arrange events, ability to plan logistically and ideally would have some understanding or exposure to project administration.
