We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Sheffield office.
Main duties will involve researching potential candiates, creating an accurate, precise shortlist of those suitable for the role and making initial contact with them. You will need to be good at taking the information you are given and applying it to new situations, i.e. you must be able to read and understand a job specification and match it to candidates in the real world.
You should have good IT skills, be comfortable using the internet to complete research and you will need a high level of written English.
