Reward Director / Partner Track - inhouse or consult - apply if you are a Senior Manager level or above! Either in Financial Services in-house OR a Reward Consulting or any Consulting firm (FS or non-FS)
Our client needs a Reward Director, an effective Associate Partner, who can help to lead the Financial Services Reward teams - focusing on developing the business strategically, as well as developing the delivery of projects - and delivering projects to FS organisations as well - from banks to asset managers etc etc.
If you have experience in a Consulting firm, ideally Reward, HR, Exec Comp, focused on Financial Services firms that would be great - if you have been doing any Consulting Senior Management / Director role focused on FS and want to move to a market leading firm (not who you think it is) in this sector then we want to hear from you.
Conversely if you have been supplying Reward Consulting services to clients in the non-FS market we want to hear from you - OR if you are an In-house reward specialist at Senior Manager level within a Financial Services firm then we want to hear from you as well.
