Reward Manager, Reading ( promotion-in available if required - or 20-30% pay rise )
Our client, a leading Big 4 organisation with a fantastic history of success in the Reward sector has a new opening for a Reward Manager or Share Plan Manager to join their Reading team. You will need to have Compensation & Benefits experience, or Reward Consulting experience.
Essentially if you have currently or previously worked in Executive Compensation, Reward, Compensation or similar areas within Consulting - or in-house - then we are very keen to hear from you.
The clients are extremely good, the pay is London rates but in Reading and the team is a great place to work - very close knit, offering flexible working - you can work 4 days or 5 days a week (flexibility available).
