This position is based in Birmingham with occasional travel to the London offices.
We are working with a successful law firm in sourcing the appointment of risk and conduct officer to work alongside the risk and compliance team. The role is specifically related to driving forward the development and awareness of risk management processes, procedures and policies. As such the role involves working with many departments and being able to liaise at all levels. Working closely with the Client Care Manager and the Director of Risk and Compliance reviewing work and other matter that may need to be reported.
- Legal education - LLB, GDL, LPC, LLM
- Knowledge and experience of the SRA Code of Conduct
- Previous advisory experience from within a law firm
- Experience of handling complaints
