Sales Manager / Head of Sales - Work Products
Our client, a leading firm in providing work products to some of the UKs leading brands for many decades, requires a Sales Manager to work in their office in South West Surrey providing their experience to develop processes and procedures as they grow substantially.
The requirement is a Sales Manager from a Supply business, a channel sales organisation / direct to large clients, working in the business to business market place - who vitally has a considerable background in large business, ideally blue chip or similar, in order they can bring these "big company" sales processes and procedures to the firm.
The organisation has some exceptional sales talent already, making huge sales, growing turnover by £2.5m in 2014 - what they need is the Sales Manager / Head of Sales to run the internal office of 9 people, ensuring sales process is followed, orders and quotes are followed up and developing internal staff. Actual meeting clients will not often be needed as got the sales talent to do this - though your experience in strategically developing the Sales of a business is very important for their continued success.
