Service Delivery Manager, Software House
Our client, a leading software house, requires a Service Delivery Manager to join their team and work with clients to deliver company wide Service Levels / SLAs.
You will be part of a great team - over 100 people delivering software globally in a growing market - flexible working, great salary, regular salary reviews. 35 hour week and 25+8 days holiday, private medical insurance and pension.
The Service Delivery Manager must be customer centric - previous experience in Customer Delivery, Service Delivery or Service Desk Management - with understanding of how to deliver software to clients. This role will deal with customers on a global level.
The Service Delivery manager is responsible for ensuring the aims of Service Level Management are met, that current and future service and product requirements of customers are identified, understood and documented.
Work with product management, SLAs are hit, OLCAs, contracts and product releases.
You will need Service Delivery experience - ideally with software or systems or similar.
