The Service Desk Advisor will be responsible for responding to telephone and email inquiries from clients from across the UK and USA.
The Service Desk Advisor will also be Providing confident and effective support to callers who span the full range of IT literacy so will need to be both technical and customer-focused.
The Service Desk Advisor will also be providing troubleshooting advice to customers.
