Service Desk Manager

ConsultTechnology is working with a leading software provider based in the Bingley area. Due to continued growth and success within the business they are now seeking to appoint a Service Desk Manager.

As the Service Desk Manager you will have responsibility for leading the Service Desk Team in the provision of customer support internationally for a wide variety of products and systems.  Customer focused assistance will be delivered primarily by telephone and email.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrable experience of working in a customer focussed, service led environment
• Strong team building and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relations
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to organise, prioritise and plan schedules and workloads
• Experience of working with Microsoft 2003 server technologies in a System Admin Capacity including Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Group policies MCSE / MCSA / CCNA
• Experience of working in an IT Support / Service Desk environment
